About this project:
This chest was designed as a toy box but could easily be used as a blanket chest, hope chest, or seat storage. The box features bead board panel and "no slam" hinges to protect fingers.
We finished the toy box in milk paint, which is 100% safe for children, but the piece could also be stained.
